This is the vlogger's dinner with her family from her Mum's Seafood Treat on 5th November 2021. This video is to commemorate Mum's Seafood Treat on 5th November 2021 while mum is in her golden years of 83 years of age and still going strong. Wishing her more prosperity and longevity.
Time for another break. Enjoy Penang Chendul or Chendol. This local dessert consists of pandan flavored green noodles, coconut milk, 'gula melaka' or palm sugar for the brown coloring and fragrance, cooked red beans and lots of shaved ice. It is popular here in this warm climate here in Penang, Malaysia. The coldness from the dessert helps to cool down the heat from countries such as Malaysia that is located near the Equator. The video below shows the lifestyle of the vlogger in Penang. We were celebrating my sister's birthday earlier than usual, since she has plans for a staycation in a new apartment in Macalister Road with her friends, on the actual birthday. The food was delicious with thick seafood soup, amongst others. I shall not spoil the video and let you watch till the end of the clips.

This is so crucial in this pandemic, that we need to find things to do that really makes us happy, NOT depressed nor sad, from cold calling to a few of the toxic people! This world is full of negativity already, coupled with the pandemic situation. Hence, we don't need to explain to anyone; We don't need anyone's approval. Jesus loves us enough and that is sufficient for me!

The decorations at Queensbay Mall were superb, with giant kois and even a water pipe with running water out turning a wooden wheel for fortune. Chinese New Year celebration is indeed a big occasion. It is celebrated yearly with loud bangs of fire crackers, giving out of "ang-pows" or red packets with money to the unmarried people, and young ones. It is time to rejoice and have some reunion dinner with the tossing of "yee sang" or salmon salad with crackers and honey.

This showcases my working-cum-holiday trip to Langkawi in 1998. Yes, 2 years before this Covid-19 pandemic. That is why you don't see me wearing a mask then. Those were the carefree days from this virus outbreak.
If you view the lovely video with scenic shots till the end, you will see the various panoramic landscapes of the beautiful, untouched island of Langkawi,with many duty free items for sale like liquor, chocolates, batik, perfumes, floral cutleries, and many other high-end items.
There are many activities to do in Langkawi, such as, island hopping by boat, snorkelling, take a short helicopter ride who get a bird's eye view of Cenang Beach Bay, see the beautiful sunset by the horizon on a yatch, visiting many places of tourists' attractions, and more.
This little island is jam-packed with tourism industry. There are many cashew nuts, pistachios, and chocolates that you cannot find in the usual malls of other parts of Malaysia.
This is what makes Langkawi so special where tourist from locals and foreign countries flock here and patronise the restaurants, shopping malls, etc. There are enough bad news flying around the media worldwide and even locally. Hence, I shall dwell the carefree days then to stay happy and cheerful.
Sometimes, we all need a break from the monotony of work and work and blogging is my passion. Simply because I can pen my thoughts freely, without anyone telling me what to write and such. There is this freedom that you get to enjoy as you blog your musings and also rants. Okay, stay safe and practise social distancing, everyone.
