Got paid yesterday and earlier
I have written 5 articles for Eastasy already and got paid by them. I have chosen 20% of the post of USD 5 to be donated to various charities like National Kidney Foundation, Doctors without Borders, and orphanages. It is doing a blogging social responsibility for a win-win basis for both writers and charities. You get paid while donating a portion of your earnings to the needy. You can write as and when you like and there must be a minimum of 150 words with 3 photos that do not infringe on the copy right. Sometimes, I submit 4 photos with at least 200 words for my article. It is based on food and drink, culture, travel, and more in Asian countries. Eastasy started in Singapore to serve the readers looking for traveling tips and the needy.

Working in Home Office
It has always been my dream to work in a home office where you call the shots indirectly and getting EPF with SOCSO benefits plus medical benefits. I can can take leave anytime as well and take power naps in between work during the afternoons. In the morning, I get to read The Star newspapers and catch up on the latest news. It is very sad that the Deputy Public Prosecutor was murdered days ago. Kevin Morais must have had enemies in his line of work and rumours have it that an army medical doctor hired the killers to have Kevin murdered since he was the prosecutor for the $700,000 cheating case against the doc which is still pending. I pray that perpectual light will shine upon his soul and may he be in a better place. Kevin graduated in Law from the UK, single and literally married to his job. His government Perdana car was torched and left in a deserted area.
I guess, I am lucky to work in a protected environment where there are no enemies and less risks of meeting such people. I only deal with my boss who happens to be my soul mate and we work well as a team for a win-win basis. He arranges all the logistics, pays the workers their daily wages while I sign the cheques and work by the computer.

My Partner is a Successful Boss
My live-in partner is a boss of a successful small and medium enterprise that was founded in 2003 ever since I knew him, because he used my name and IC number to register for the sole proprietor company. He could not use his name as he has been blacklisted by customs, etc. His passport was impounded but we are running a prosperous company due to my website that brings in 90% of the customers. Now he is able to support his wife, giving her $6k every month with another $6k for Christmas present, $5k to his daughter's HUDB flat mortgage and thousands to church every month. Since he gives out money so easily, he leaves nothing for himself other than the single storey old bungalow that his father bequeathed him. That is his only asset in old age. He even gave his Singapore HDB flat to his daughters and majority of the money meant for his retirement are already given to the children!

Rental Income
This is the second time I collected rental income from my company for the month of May. It is an affordable $1k per month that is fully furnished and all paid for by the generous boss. He also paid for water heater to be installed and a big fridge that cost around $700 or so, which was bought from a retail shop downstairs showcasing many models of fridges and washing machines - something that we need on a daily basis. After factoring in the cost of the apartment, the rental yield is around 4%, which is better than fixed deposits sitting in the banks.
Just the other day, I attended a property talk by Ahyat Ishak, a famous speaker turned property investor who is a third cycle goat; which means he is 36 this year - same as my youngest sister. Armed with an MBA and educated in a Chinese school, he has a very Chinese mind in a malay body. The 2 hour talk was entertaining and at the end of it, he took a video of the spectators raising up their hands and shouting hello as he zooms past us with his iPhone 6. Pretty cool guy and someone you would want to engage with for your property roadshows.

Time for Payment
I bought my third property in Malaysia, first in KL which cost RM 290k for a small condo in Rhythm Avenue in USJ 19. I have already paid the 10% down payment and the balance of RM 261k will be paid soon, after my fixed deposits mature early in December. I hope to move in before next year, but since my second sister is coming with her Caucasian boyfriend from UK for a month, I guess I have to postpone the shifting of house. My second sister is pursuing her PhD programme in English studies in Southampton University, United Kingdom.

Some Bloggers are Making Tonnes of Money
Some bloggers who are also authors of their books are making tonnes of money online and offline. They are paid a lot for their unbiased opinions for sponsors' products and services and have them posted to their high traffic blogs. It is encouraging to read of such success stories and know that it is possible to make lots of money with patience and hard work. 2 days ago, I sold Herbalife products for slightly more than $100 profit from a revenue of around $587, all done online - from the ordering to the payment to a supplier in KL. Today, I might get another order from a new client for Herbalife who found me from the internet.

Making Money is my Hobby
Making money is my hobby. It will pay for my expenses especially when travelling for business and cover the odds and ends here and there. Mind you it takes luck and lots of hard work. But once you know it, then it is not too difficult as it seems. Currently, my jobs takes me to places all over Malaysia including Sabah and Sarawak and I have been to all the 14 states of Malaysia. My business partner will drive long distances while I am the passenger almost the entire journey. So, I am able to check emails on the go and check my bank accounts for updates.
